Please read these terms before booking.

1. What we do

Offshore Medicals Near Me ("we", "us") is a booking service that helps you find and pay for ENG1 (MCA seafarer) and OEUK/OGUK offshore medical appointments at approved clinics across the UK. The medical examination itself is carried out by the independent clinic you select, not by us.

2. Booking and payment

When you pay through this site, you pay Offshore Medicals Near Me directly for the appointment(s) in your basket. We then arrange and confirm the appointment with the clinic on your behalf. You will receive an email confirmation on payment, and a further confirmation once the clinic has been contacted.

3. Appointment slots

Availability shown on the site is pulled live from each clinic's own booking system and is usually accurate, but slots can occasionally be taken between your payment and our confirming with the clinic. If your chosen time is no longer available we will offer you the nearest alternative time or clinic, or a full refund if no suitable alternative is acceptable to you.

4. ENG1 fee

The maximum ENG1 examination fee is capped at £115 under the Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations 2018. Prices shown are inclusive of the clinic's fee.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for giving accurate contact details, attending your appointment on time, and bringing the required documents (passport/photo ID, any previous ENG1 certificate, and details of prescription medication). Missed appointments are treated as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Liability

We are not liable for the clinical outcome of any examination, for a certificate being refused or restricted, or for a clinic's own conduct. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
