Refund & Cancellation Policy

How refunds and changes work.

Full refund

• If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment.
• If we cannot confirm your chosen slot with the clinic and you do not want an alternative.
• If the clinic cancels or cannot carry out the examination.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment, subject to the clinic's availability. Email us as early as you can.

No refund

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment.
• Not attending your appointment ("no-show").
• Arriving without the required documents so the examination cannot proceed.

How to request a refund

Email info@offshoremedicalsnearme.co.uk with your booking reference. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
