How we handle your personal data.

What we collect

Your name, email address, mobile number and job title, the appointment(s) you book, and payment confirmation details. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

Why we collect it

To arrange and confirm your appointment with the clinic, to send you booking confirmations, and to deal with any changes, refunds or queries.

Who we share it with

The clinic you book with (so they can carry out and record your examination), and our payment processor Stripe. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for up to 6 years to meet accounting and regulatory requirements, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email info@offshoremedicalsnearme.co.uk.
